Mel Hall for Congress is seeking a Field Director to join our team. The Field Director will develop and execute all aspects of our aggressive field plan, including managing staff, volunteers, and interns. This position reports to the campaign manager and is based in South Bend, Indiana.
Preferred Skills:
- 1-2 cycles of prior campaign experience;
- Proven ability to manage many tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Experience working with community and political stakeholders;
- Ability to communicate and track information clearly;
- Proficiency with VAN;
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
