Indivisible is seeking an experienced database/CRM administrator to support the critical work in 2020 and beyond. The Indivisible Project's mission is to cultivate a grassroots movement of literally thousands of local Indivisible groups to elect progressive leaders, realize bold progressive policies, rebuild our democracy, and defeat the Trump agenda.
The National EveryAction Manager will work with staff and group members to ensure they can effectively utilize the tools and data to operationalize their organizing work. Data and tools are critical to achieving Indivisible Project's mission, and we are looking for a passionate staffer to tackle this challenge.
This position is full-time, with a minimum salary of $58,500 per year, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities
- Some projects you will be responsible for include:
- Training and supporting staff in the use of EveryAction, including targeting techniques and best practices for using data effectively.
- Develop training and other materials as needed to help staff and volunteers use EveryAction.
- Preparing program analysis and making strategic recommendations for a variety of program outcomes.
- Offer guidance and on group communication best practices
- Ensuring data is clean and well-managed in various systems, including de-duping, standardizing data, etc.
- Other roles as assigned
Required Qualifications
- At least three to five years as an EveryAction and/or NGPVAN My Campaign support administrator
- Experience training and communicating technical concepts with non-technical people (Advanced training experience preferred)
- Comfort working across departments and teams
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and/or basic SQL experience
Desired Qualifications
- Political experience and/or organizing experience
- Experience working in a data warehouse environment with relational databases
- Experience training non-technical staff in data protocols and standards
- Expertise in using data and technology in support of more than one of the following: electoral campaigns, progressive advocacy, digital and online advocacy, distributed campaigning, movement building, and grassroots mobilization
