The Campaign Compliance Firm, LLC, a Philadelphia based full-service accounting and campaign compliance consulting group is looking to expand by immediately hiring an Accounts Manager.
Applicants must have some prior professional campaign experience, with ideally at least one cycle of experience on a federal race or a state level statewide contest, and proficiency with NGP or other fundraising database software. A well-qualified applicant for this position will be someone who has experience managing budgets and vendors, is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has exemplary time management, planning, organizational and communications skills.
The Accounts Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the firm's client needs, ongoing compilation of filing documentation, working with systems for tracking and reporting donors to state and/or federal agencies, and as needed, day-to-day financial oversight of client accounts. Other responsibilities will include general administrative support and other duties as assigned by the Managing Partners.
This position is based in Philadelphia and will entail significant personal interaction with the firm's clients and their staffs to ensure a culture of compliance. Irregularity of hours is to be expected, including some evenings and weekends, especially leading up to state and federal filing deadlines. Salary is commensurate with the applicant's experience, but is competitive with opportunity for advancement.
