The Nassau County Coordinated Campaign is looking for Field Organizers for targeted races. Field Organizers will be responsible for the direct voter contact in all targeted races across Nassau County working with local activists and leaders to turnout Democratic votes.
Qualified applicants should:
- Have completed a campaign or political internship (not necessary but preferred)
- Have a strong interest in electing progressive candidates
- Be willing to work long hours including nights and weekends
Applicants will be expected to:
- Implement a metrics driven field program to turnout targeted voters
- Meet weekly goals for volunteer recruitment and conversations with voters
- Lead a team of field interns to build a volunteer base of local activists
