Sierra Club seeks an organized, friendly, and well-spoken Member Services Representative to join our front-line member response team. This individual will interact with any number of our members and donors on a daily basis who have questions regarding our policies, their benefits, or their records. S/he will also have significant data entry responsibilities in order to keep our memberships information up to date.
Beyond the direct response duties (primarily via phone and email) and data entry, the Member Service Representative will coordinate with many other Sierra Club departments to resolve member and donor information entry problems and to assure appropriate delivery of services for our vast membership.
