Growth Manager


The Growth Manager is a dynamic leader who does whatever it takes to grow Roomi's presence in a given region. Part campaign manager, part marketing manager, the Growth Manager directs strategic field campaigns that spread the word about Roomi and coordinates all offline marketing efforts that build local brand recognition and increase usage.

This is a great opportunity for campaign professionals seeking to transition into the startup world or talented marketing specialists with strong management skills.

Principal Responsibilities


  • Coordinate implementation of Grassroots Marketing program in given region—including recruiting and managing teams of contract marketers, directing local outreach strategy and leading person-to-person marketing campaign.

  • Recruit and manage Campus Brand Ambassadors at multiple colleges.

  • Review and report data to communicate and assess effectiveness of tactics.

  • Train new team members.

  • Ensure high-morale and investment from team members by organizing team building activities.

  • Work closely with campaign manager to determine offline marketing strategy in region and ensure ambitious growth goals are met.

  • Plan and execute events to attract and acquire new users.

  • Other responsibilities necessary to support growth of company.

Metrics for Success

  • Qualitative contributions to overall strategy.

  • Quantitative performance of field teams and their ability to meet ambitious goals.

  • Demonstrated investment and positive culture among Roomi field team members.

  • Measured effectiveness of other offline marketing tactics in region.

  • Low cost per outcome.

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position with benefits, pending completion of a 1-month trial period.
