Description / Duties:
Call time manager is responsible for directing candidate call time, including building & maintaining a strong call time system, effectively managing and assisting the candidate in call time, managing research on the donor base, tracking and following up with pledges. The Call time manager is also tasked with supervising fundraising events, supervising interns, and assisting with all email and mail solicitations. Other duties as outlined by the campaign.
Desired Experience:
Candidates must have at least one cycle as a Finance Assistant or comparable, but training is also available. Candidates also must have experience with Microsoft Excel and NGP. Ideal candidates will have experience in all aspects of finance operations including call time, events, mail, online, phone, finance committee, and some compliance.
Salary based on experience. Start date is immediate.
