Description: A new Democratic Federal PAC in Chicago is seeking a Finance Director to develop and execute a finance plan through the 2016 cycle.
Specific Duties:
- Design and implement a comprehensive donor engagement program
- Act as the call time principal and build relationships with new donors through an aggressive call time program
- Supervise all online fundraising and email programs
- Supervise all direct mail programs
- Oversee donor prospecting and research
- Develop a budget and provide up to date budget projections
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least once cycle as a Finance Director or two cycles as a Finance Assistant / Deputy Finance Director OR equivalent development experience
- Experience managing a budget and providing budget projections
- Experience managing political call time, experience being call time principal preferred
- Significant experience with NGP, Excel and Blue State Digital
- Excellent interpersonal skills
