As we open our DC office, Organizer is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work directly with large Democratic campaigns, labor unions, and progressive advocacy organizations and assist them in using Organizer to bring their field campaigns to victory. This position is full-time and open immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:                 

  • Learn and master Organizer's full product offering
  • Deliver customer data implementation on Organizer's application and web management interface -- calls may require you to take them early in morning or very late at night
  • Assist customers with cleaning, manipulating and uploading data
  • Write emails that explain and/or convince people why a certain action should be taken
  • Create product training materials for Sales & Success Teams on new product features and usage
  • Track support tickets and work with Engineering team to resolve any technical issues
  • Collect feedback from customers on usage of new features and make recommendations
  • Attend occasional onsite demos and be able to successfully present the product

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, experience managing multiple external relationships simultaneously
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically manipulating large data sets and ensuring data quality
  • Experience using CRMs and support sites, in particular Hubspot and Zendesk (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and political data software (such as NGP VAN, NationBuilder, PDI, Catalist)
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • 1-3 + years experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience in field campaigning and data management, such as political campaigns, labor organizing, advocacy, or field sales
  • Have worked in a startup or small rapid-growth organization before
  • Have Sales Development, Business Development, or Account Manager/Customer Success experience
