Responsibilities include:
Recruit, manage, train, and retain volunteers
Building and maintaining relationships with local community leaders and down ballot campaigns
Handling the day-to-day operations of a field office in assigned turf
Providing accurate reports of progress towards all goals
Meeting all assigned benchmarks and goals, including voter contact goals, volunteer recruitment goals, and other metrics as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior campaign experience a plus, but not required
Prior experience using VAN a plus, but not required
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while on tight deadlines
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast-paced, metrics-driven work environment
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully relate to voters and volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds.
