An Iowa Congressional Campaign is seeking a field director to manage a full data driven field program in Southwestern Iowa.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Two cycles of experience working in field on a Democratic campaign.
- Experience managing field organizers and an internship program
- Significant experience working with Votebuilder
- Ability to lead a team in a highly stressful environment to ensure goals are met
- Reliable and consistent transportation and a laptop
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creation and implementation of a comprehensive data driven field program
- Hire field staff and create internship program
- Manage field staff and day to day operation of field program
- Ensure that the field program meets all goals and deadlines
- Work with local stakeholders to engage communities throughout the district
