Battleground Organizers
In 2014, the Assembly Democratic Caucus lost its majority for the first time in over 30 years. In 2016, we are coming to take back our majority. This year represents one of the most viable opportunities to flip a legislative chamber in the country. We are out fundraising, out organizing, and out working our opponents and need some highly skilled operatives to join our exciting fight in Las Vegas, Nevada.
How you will help us save the world by:
Being a versatile Field first operative.
Building a volunteer base of support for your candidate
Doing all the traditional VAN support work for your candidate - cutting, data, and list creation.
Managing volunteers and staff
Performing finance, communication and, political functions as needed.
Being a fixer that isn't afraid to get the job done.
You will need to have excellent:
Communication,
Organizational,
Time management,
Multi-tasking,
People Skills,
VAN, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office Skills.
We are looking for creative operatives that are personally:
Hard working
Dedicated
Not easily shaken in crisis
Good natured
A sense of humor
Tenacious
Flexible – this is not a 9-5 job.
