Campaigns Associate
The San Francisco office of California political consulting firm RALLY Campaigns seeks an associate to help manage a variety of campaigns for the 2016 general election cycle. The firm is gearing up for a mix of legislative and regional candidate campaigns, statewide ballot measures, and independent expenditure work throughout the state of California, and we require additional capacity through Election Day in November.
About the Position
Associate will work out of our San Francisco office, and can expect to be involved in:
- Assisting with billing and day-to-day administrative work
- Assisting with paid media (TV ads, direct mail, digital communications, etc.)
- Managing and updating social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Tracking and analyzing relevant media and news stories
- Potential work organizing volunteers on grassroots field campaigns
- Research & data analysis
- Experience working on political campaigns for 1-2 prior election cycles
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Well organized and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of humor
- Ideal candidate is familiar with PDI's backend interface for cutting turf and pulling voter data
- Ideal candidate is familiar with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign
