More than 65,000 women and men turn to Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio each year for essential reproductive health and education services. And our donors ensure that we're able to care for everyone that walks through our doors.
Now, we're looking for someone to care for our donors.
In partnership with the Vice President of Development, the Director of Annual Giving will help develop, implement, and monitor the strategic growth of contributions from individual donors. S/he will be a master networker with a heart for metrics; an ambitious go-getter with a gift for relationship-building; and an affable fundraiser who's never afraid to make a big "ask."
S/he will have the creativity and flexibility to turn time-sensitive opportunities into solicitations, while simultaneously coordinating details and timelines of email and direct mail campaigns, having a hand in special events, and still squeezing in time to send a personal note or thank you to a special donor.
The ideal candidate will push the boundaries for growth and innovation while working within the framework of a national organization, know how to pull off big ideas with limited resources, and could teach us all a thing or two about Convio and Raiser's Edge. S/he will be a solutions-oriented change leader and a collaborative team member that thrives in a fast-paced environment. S/he will be an enthusiastic champion for women's health, committed to protecting access to health care services for everyone – regardless of their personal circumstances or ability to pay.
