  6. Help develop and execute online advertising campaigns

Must Have

  1. 2+ years experience using advanced graphics software such as Adobe's Creative Suite

  2. Strong technical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent design suite

  4. A strong portfolio that displays creativity and technical ability

  5. Knowledge of website layout and usability

  6. Creativity with problem solving and work output

  7. Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  8. Ability to meet deadlines and identify and work around obstacles

  9. Ability to work with our diverse and geographically-dispersed team and clients

Strongly Prefer

  1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design

  2. Knowledge of and experience with politics and campaigns

  3. Past experience using NationBuilder, Expression Engine, Blue State Digital or NGP CMSs.

  4. Additional skills in an outside area such as audio or video production, communications, or social media

  5. Schedule flexibility

  6. Some travel availability (10%)
