This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a major mayoral race. You will be working closely with the Field Director to build the field program leading up to the precinct caucuses and city convention. As the convention draws closer, the campaign will be hiring additional field organizers. The original field organizer has the opportunity to prove themselves and take on a role with more authority/responsibility as the campaign grows and more FOs are hired.

Responsibilities:
Recruit and organize volunteers through call time, networking, and other means
Call caucus goers and delegates before the caucus and convention
Recruit and manage high school and college interns
Create and organize phone bank events, canvass launches, and other volunteer events
Train caucus goers and convention delegates on the appropriate processes

One cycle of election work and VAN proficiency are preferred but not required.
