Grassroots Campaigns is hiring a temporary administrator to join the Finance team. This is an entry level position with multiple opportunities for a permanent role within the organization. 

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated and pays great attention to detail. They will have a desire for progressive change and ideals that align with those of Grassroots Campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

  • Expedites: processing daily payroll for terminations and quits
  • Human Resources: background checks, wage garnishments, employment claims, other clerical duties including mail
  • Bookkeeping: Track records, sick pay, benefits for hourly employees. Mail returned W-4s to updated addresses

Location: The position is available immediately in Boston, MA
