Job Description
The Fred Hubbell for Governor Campaign is hiring top-quality organizers in Iowa. Organizers will be able to gain invaluable political and organizing experience in this important state ahead of the 2020 presidential caucuses.
Fred Hubbell's vision of growing Iowa the right way has been endorsed by 36 current and former legislators including Former Lt. Governors Sally Pederson and Patty Judge and State Senators Matty McCoy and Jeff Danielson. He is a former Chair of Planned Parenthood of Mid-Iowa and has spent a lifetime fighting for Progressive values.
In the only public poll of the race Fred starts with a huge lead.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Building and managing volunteer canvasses and call centers
Reaching volunteer recruitment goals
Planning and managing surrogate events
Reaching supporter identification goals
Persuading voters to support our candidate
Getting out the vote in your area
Training volunteers one on one and in group trainings
Required Skills:
Experience working for or volunteering on political campaigns.
Enthusiasm for Democratic politics.
Great time management and organization skills.
Ability to train and instruct volunteers.
Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in setting and achieving measurable targets, managing teams, and coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Laptop with ability to connect to Wi-Fi.
