Organizer Customer Success Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support, including answering calls and serving as primary point of contact between customers and Organizer
- Deliver customer training on Organizer's mobile application and web management interface
- Provide Sales Team with support through product knowledge and client demos
- Work with other teams to develop and implement improved client onboarding processes, including updated training materials and support documentation
- Assist customers with cleaning, manipulating and uploading data
- Collect regular customer feedback and provide comments to both Product and Business Development teams for future product developments
Skills & Requirements:
- Practical experience in field campaigning and data management, such as with political campaigns, labor organizing, advocacy, or field sales
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Experience managing multiple external relationships simultaneously
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically manipulating large data sets and ensuring data quality
- Experience using CRMs and support sites, in particular Hubspot and JIRA (preferred)
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel if needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2+ years experience providing customer account services or client support services with a strong technical or product basis
- Bilingual (English/Spanish verbal and written professional proficiency)
- Working knowledge of CRM
- Working knowledge of political data software a plus
