Community Liaison for NY State Assemblymember, Brooklyn-based
Responsibilities include constituent services, policy research, and representing the Assemblymember at community board and other meetings. The position will assist constituents with various quality of life issues, including social services and transportation issues. Duties will also include organizing community events and assisting with office administration, as needed. Candidates interested in communications a plus. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills. The candidate should be interested in working with the public and interested in New York City community issues, politics, and government. The Assemblymember is an equal opportunity employer.
