Job: Finance Assistant/Call Time Manager for PA Democratic Campaign for Congress

An exciting Democratic campaign for Congress in Pennsylvania is seeking a finance assistant to manage the fundraising operation for a competitive primary and general election in Pennsylvania for the 2018 cycle.  Will train the right candidate, but prior finance/NGP experience is a plus.  A positive, "go-getter" attitude is required. 

 
Responsibilities:

● Manage call time
● Conducting donor research and organizing data into NGP

● Preparing and tracking phone calls and processing contributions
● Drafting solicitation e-mails
● Assisting with event planning and execution
 
Qualifications:

● Experience with NGP preferred, but not required
● Knowledge of Excel and Google Doc functions
● Must have strong writing and communication skills
● Donor prospecting and research experience preferred
● Flexibility to work typical campaign hours
● Sense of humor and/or Pennsylvania ties preferred 
 
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
