A congressional campaign in the West Minneapolis Metro area is hiring field organizers to start immediately.
-- Responsibilities:
- Recruit and organize volunteers through call time, networking, and other means
- Create and develop self-sustaining volunteer teams
- Call delegates leading up to the caucus and convention
- Recruit and manage high school and college interns
- Create and organize phone bank events, canvass launches, and other volunteer events
Qualifications:
Positive, energetic, and independently organized, a field organizer must be able to bring people together towards a singular purpose
Self-reliant in transportation
One cycle of election work and VAN proficiency is preferred.
