A competitive and targeted Democratic congressional primary in Arizona is seeking a full time Finance Director.
-- Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all finance staff and interns
- Develop and implement an aggressive Finance Plan
- Staff events and fundraisers
- Oversee all call time operations and candidate finance scheduling
- Report daily to the campaign manager regarding goals and quotas
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Ability to work odd/long hours
- Flexible, adaptable, and focused under pressure
- Work collaboratively in a team setting
- Highly organized
- Sense of humor
Qualifications:
- At least two cycles direct finance experience with at least one cycle in a senior position
- Working knowledge of NGP/VAN
- Arizona experience a plus
Competitive salary and benefits based on experience. Relocation to district is a must. Reliable transportation required.
