[jobsthatareLEFT by GAIN] Coordinated Campaign seeking Regional Field Directors

A competitive Midwest Statewide Campaign is seeking fulltime Regional Field Director applicants for a statewide field program. Regional Field Directors will be responsible for executing the statewide field plan in their region and supervising their Field Organizers, within their assigned areas. Regional Field Directors will report directly to their Deputy Field Director.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·      Daily management of field organizers, including setting and managing daily priorities for Field Organizers to ensure their productivity and meet the needs of the campaign.

·      Ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met and exceeded.

·      Extensively coach staff daily on volunteer recruitment, volunteer management, volunteer retention, as well as intern management and intern retention.

·      Ensuring that all required reporting is accurate and timely, and monitoring metrics within each region on the health of the volunteer program (flake rate, completion rate, Active volunteer reports, etc.) and the health of the internship program (completion rate, knocks per shift, intern development, etc.).

·      Maintaining strict data integrity practices within their region for volunteer and intern DVC as well as Field Organizer volunteer recruitment and DVC activities.

·      Perform other duties as needed and assigned.

 

Qualifications:

·      At least two cycles of competitive field experience.

·      Strong knowledge of Votebuilder/VAN.

·      Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Basic computer literacy and database skills also required.

·      Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, metrics driven work environment.

·      Ability to meet deadlines under pressure while handling multiple projects.

·      Ability to relocate in-state for the duration of the campaign.

·      Must have reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license, as well as a fully functioning laptop computer and smartphone.
