Finance Assistant
Ethan Pham is a Democratic candidate for U.S. Congress (GA-7). The Finance Assistant / Call Time Manager will report to the Finance Director. He or she will work directly with the Candidate and play an important role in supporting the fundraising operation of the campaign. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in politics and government as well as those interested in fundraising and development. This will be either a part-time position or full-time position, depending on qualifications and availability (must be available between 1-6pm Mon-Fri).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of candidate call time.
- Complete call time follow up and correspondence
- Organize donor research and make sure all calls are properly prepared
- Travel with the candidate in-state when necessary
- Research prospective donors
- Other duties to support the finance operation as assigne
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (required) and NGP (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to manage several tasks/projects at the same time
