[jobsthatareLEFT by GAIN] Digital Organiser and Content Curator (2 roles) - MobLab - Flexible location (Global South preferred)

Come join me at the MobLab!

MobLab is a global learning and collaboration network powering the future of social change campaigns. We equip progressive movements and leaders with the strategies, tools, tactics, and connections to win change in the digital, people powered era.

With growing threats to people, planet and the very right to advocate for change, we are building connections between changemakers around the world. Our vision is a thriving network of emergent, non-traditional leaders and practitioners collaborating across organisations, movements, and geographies to continuously adapt, innovate, and collaborate.

We do this through training, workshops and coaching, convenings (online and in person), and finding and sharing what's working in social change through storytelling, webinars and other peer-learning activities. The goal is for practitioners to learn from one another continuously—and with greater speed and skill than ever before—harnessing their full and collective power to succeed.

This is an exciting time for the organisation, and we are looking for some great people to join the MobLab Team!

CONTENT CURATOR (Full role description and details of how to apply here)

Your mission  is to develop, curate and sustain a global knowledge sharing programme—including practical tools, content, and resources for social changemakers. Working closely with the Network Builder, Digital Organiser and Programmes Director, you'll bring a networked approach to storytelling, ensuring that lessons and innovations in campaigning are surfaced and shared quickly across our networks and with social movement leaders across the globe.

You'll be responsible for ensuring MobLab's "front doors" to the world are always fresh, coherent and compelling to our network and wider audiences, helping us continue to grow into a go-to, trusted source of insights.

DIGITAL ORGANISER (Full role description and details of how to apply here)

Your mission is to grow, engage, and connect a global network of campaigners, activists and social change leaders. You'll organise and build a growing community of 5,000+ global practitioners and changemakers—while keeping a pulse on what's new and what's working in social change. You'll work closely with our Network Organiser, Programmes Director, and Curator on the ideas, communications and relationship-building strategies, and technologies needed to achieve this. You'll make sure MobLab's identity and personality is coming through authentically in everything we communicate across all of our platforms and digital "channels.".

This role requires smart, practical, and effective digital organising skills. You'll constantly be agitating to enable our community overcome the inertia that prevents the best ideas from being shared and applied globally. The result will be measurable improvements in practice, and the campaign wins that will accompany it.
