[jobsthatareLEFT by GAIN] Field Organizer Position Illinois State Senate Race

The Bridget Fitzgerald for State Senate campaign is seeking smart, organized, and personable individuals for the campaign season (through November 2018) for Field Organizer position. We are a Democratic campaign in Chicagoland seeking to flip a red-to-blue district.

Duties:
-Voter contact in person and over the phone
-Building and training self-sufficient volunteer structures within their regions that generate voter contact goals assigned by the FD.
-Assisting in the organization and entry of their own voter contact data and that of volunteers and paid canvassers.
-Managing necessary visibility, staffing, and tracking assignments as necessary.

Requirements:
-Campaign experience preferred
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Strong work ethic
