Ken Harbaugh for Congress in Ohio's 7th Congressional District is seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to help flip one of the most competitive Congressional Districts in Ohio. This is a DCCC-rated Red-to-Blue district with a phenomenal candidate -- Ken Harbaugh, a former Navy pilot and recent President of Team Rubicon Global who has spent his life in service to this country.
-- As a Field Organizer on our team, you will report to one of our Regional Division Chiefs and be expected to perform these duties:
Engage in direct voter contact through canvassing and phone banking
Recruit, manage and train volunteers to participate in direct voter contact activities including canvassing, phone banking, and community organizing.
Meeting and exceeding strict daily, weekly, and monthly direct voter contact goals
Prepare field and phone bank materials for volunteer activities
Adhere to a strict daily reporting schedule.
Ability to remain flexible, and work long hours
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask, remain flexible, while maintaining a strict attention to detail
- Hardworking and personally organized
- Able to meet data-driven goals and deadlines
- Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends
- Thrives working in a team environment with people from all walks of life
- A working laptop, phone, and reliable transportation
