A top tier Georgia State Senate race seeks a Field Director to manage the campaign's data-driven, volunteer-led, grassroots field team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execute the campaign's field plan
- Recruit, manage, and oversee the campaign's internship program
- Recruit, manage, and oversee volunteer engagement
- Build relationships with local political entities
- Work with key stakeholders and activist groups
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reporting structure
- Lead VAN administration
Qualified candidates should have:
- At least one cycle of campaign field experience
- Access to reliable transportation
- Experience in working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Knowledge of VAN
- An ability to work with others of all backgrounds
