Jaime Harrison Senate Campaign seeks a DEPUTY DIGITAL DIRECTOR
Location: Columbia, SC
Reports to: Digital Director
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Write and produce day-to-day and rapid response emails
Ensure accurate targeting, audience segmentation, and QA all email sends
Brainstorm and pitch creative new email ideas
Analyze message performance and produce reports to identify trends and insights that will lead to future optimization
Draft social media copy and help maintain digital content calendar across all digital channels
Write for broadcast SMS program
About You:
Committed to building an engaging, creative, and top-of-the-line email program to help elect Jaime Harrison to the Senate.
Easily spot opportunities to add value and raise money using digital platforms
Love to dive into metrics, test, and find insights!
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience working on digital programs for a campaign, advocacy organization, or non-profit
Electoral experience a plus but not required
Experience in HTML/CSS and coding email templates
Experience creating digital content for rapid response moments
Comfortable analyzing and communicating key metrics for email and digital programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly and easily.

Location: Columbia, SC
Reports to: Digital Director
Salary range: Commensurate with experience
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Travel with candidate and capture video and photo content at events and campaign stops
Cut and produce videos and motion graphics for organic social and ads
Designing graphics for social media, using and building on an existing brand kit
About You:
Easily spot unique and impactful visual moments, and capture them
Eager to help create an eye-catching and cohesive visual identity for the campaign
A team player who's excited about diving into a variety of projects across different mediums
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience working on video, photo, and/or graphic design
Electoral or political experience a plus but not required
Experience creating digital content for social media channels, and an understanding of how to create optimized content for each platform
Ability to turn around projects fast, and on deadline
Fluent in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, as well as video software of choice (FinalCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
