The New Hampshire Democratic Party is seeking a Front Desk Manager to handle the day-to-day needs of the state party headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire for the 2019-2020 election cycle. The Front Desk Manager will receive telephone calls, greet guests, and manage various tasks throughout the office. The Front Desk Manager will report to the Operations Director.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
● Answering phone calls from constituents
● Greeting guests upon arrival and directing them to relevant staff
● Cleaning and restocking kitchens and bathrooms
● Organizing supplies
● Responding to general office emails from constituents
● Assist Operations Director in various other tasks
Required skills and qualifications:
● Passion for Democratic values
● Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
● Must be self-motivated
● Secretarial work is preferred, but not required
● Previous campaign experience is preferred, but not required

The NHDP provides health and dental coverage at no cost to the employee, and we have a generous vacation package. Hours will be 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with half days on Friday during the summer of 2019.
