Overview of position:
Seeking strong finance director for Texas Democratic statewide campaign to work with a small team and with the candidate directly. The position is based in Houston, TX.
Roles and responsibilities:

Implement a campaign finance plan.

Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly fundraising goals.

Implement all aspects of a comprehensive fundraising program, including call time, events,
finance committee, and PAC/national partner outreach.

Supervise finance and compliance staff.

Work with Finance Consultants and Campaign Manager to coordinate on cash flow.
-
Staff candidate at fundraisers and one-on-one donor meetings.
-
Manage pledge fulfillment.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience, and our salary range is available upon request by qualified applicants.
