[jobsthatareLEFT by GAIN] Member Engagement Systems Manager (Remote), National Domestic Workers Alliance

The National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) is the nation's leading voice for respect, recognition and labor standards for nannies, housecleaners and home care workers. Through leadership development, strategic campaigns and alliance building, we are raising employment standards for the domestic workforce while building a powerful movement for social and global justice. The Alliance formed in 2007 at the US Social Forum. For the first several years of its existence, NDWA was solely a network of affiliate organizations, independent local domestic worker organizations. In 2016, NDWA launched a membership association to allow domestic workers around the country--including in locations where there is no local organization--to join NDWA, helping the domestic worker movement build the power necessary to successfully advance an ambitious agenda. NDWA is currently made up of 60 affiliate organizations, 4 chapters, 3 organizing projects, and a network of thousands of individual workers throughout the U.S.

NDWA seeks a Member Engagement Systems Manager to be part of the Member Engagement team. This team works in conjunction and collaboration with other teams, including technology and IT, to develop and test the best experiences for workers and members through multiple digital channels, working iteratively to test tools, tactics and user experiences. The Member Engagement Systems Manager's main focus will be supporting the best digital user experiences for domestic workers through managing the worker digital engagement technology stack, data and integrations. If you know that digital tools can be used to unlock online and offline power, and you like digging into current and emergent tech to make this possible, we want to hear from you!
