Strong Female Challenger for U.S. House in NY is seeking a Finance Director to join the campaign and unseat Congresswoman Elise Stefanik. Former cycle experience is preferred. Interested applicants should be looking to work in an intimate and competitive challenger race. We are a strong, communicative, and hard-working team.
Duties will include but not be limited to
- Creation, Management, and Oversight of Campaign Finance Plan
- Working with Campaign Manager to Ensure Goals are Met
- Updating and Projecting Campaign Cash Flow
- Hiring and Managing Finance Staff
- Overseeing Call Time Manager and Establishing Call Time Plan
- Managing Relationships with Established Donors
- Prospecting and Building New Donor Relationships
- Updating and Working with Regional Directors for DCCC & EMILY's List
- Setting up and Managing In-District & National Fundraising Events
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ·Highly organized and attention to detail
- Team player interested in learning and communicating on campaign team
- Access to reliable transportation, computer, and cell phone
- Proficiency with Act Blue, Microsoft Excel, & NGP
- Prior experience targeting and researching contributors
