OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE POSITION AT WARCHEST- RAPIDLY GROWING PROGRESSIVE POLITICAL TECH STARTUP

My Warchest, Inc. is a dynamic software start-up serving political campaigns that was founded by senior campaign operatives. Warchest has become the industry standard in campaign budget management and supported over half a billion dollars in campaign finances in the 2018 election cycle.


We are looking to hire an operations associate as one of our first ten employees to help us continue to grow. The right candidate will have some campaign experience and a strong interest in working at the intersection of tech and progressive politics.


Responsibilities

The ops associate will work directly with the COO and will assist her in various efforts, including:


  • Customer support and client maintenance;

  • Aiding the team in sales and marketing;

  • Helping manage the day-to-day maintenance of the application;

  • Brainstorming with the team to devise application upgrades and new features;

  • Helping to build out and manage the operations team.


You should also have experience and/or skills in:


  • Written and verbal communication skills;

  • Working well under pressure;

  • Being flexible and adaptable to a growing company;

  • Working independently and following current systems and protocols;

  • Project management;

  • Collaborating with team members on projects, proposals, and presentations; and

  • A demonstrable interest in supporting progressive social and political issues.
