DIGITAL ORGANIZING MANAGER

The Roy Cooper for North Carolina campaign is accepting applications for a Digital Organizing Manager based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position will be an integral part of our efforts to re-elect Governor Roy Cooper. 


About You: 

  • A commitment to progressive social change 

  • The ability to take initiative, move quickly, and manage workflow

  • A fun, positive, kind, and empowering approach to your work 

  • Committed to building a strong digital organizing program to help re-elect Governor Roy Cooper


Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and manage a statewide digital organizing program in collaboration with the Digital Director

  • Manage digital organizing platforms 

  • Propose new tactics and platforms to connect with volunteers and voters 

  • Train and coach field staff and volunteers on digital organizing tools and tactics

  • Identify and manage volunteers, influencers, and digital ambassadors 

  • Write copy for SMS, call scripts, social media, and online forms


Qualifications: 

  • 1 or more cycles of experience on a digital team for a candidate, advocacy group, or non-profit

  • Strong project management skills

  • Experience working with digital organizing and mobilization tools

  • Experience managing and training volunteers and staff
