360 Campaign Consulting is looking for a state operations manager to handle payroll, HR, compliance and bookkeeping so that we can hire more staff and do more good. Based in Portland, the operations manager will support campaigns on two Oregon ballot initiatives : one will use funds from recreational marijuana sales taxes to expand addiction treatment services, while the second decriminalizes the use of psilocybin as a method for treating mental health conditions.
