This position is primarily in charge of fundraising events and meetings and
supporting the finance director in fundraising duties. This role is events and
meetings focused, and is responsible for all or part of the events and meetings
sections of the finance plan. Duties include:

sections of the finance plan. Duties include:
- Creating call lists of potential hosts for the candidate
- Working with the call time manager on follow up on all event asks from the candidate
- Securing an appropriate number of events to make up the events goal in the finance plan
- Working with event hosts to secure:
- Guest list
- Pledge list
- Catering
- Location
- Invitation
- Any calls necessary for the candidate
- Assist compliance staff with completion of campaign finance reports as needed
- Securing in-kind forms immediately following events
- Supporting the finance director as needed
- Securing meetings as needed along with the finance director and call time manager
- Working with the call time manager to prospect lists for new meetings for the candidate
- Preparing briefings for the candidate for events and meetings
- Overseeing the thank you note process along with the call time manager
- Working with G-Suite and NGP VAN to execute a finance plan
