Part-time Operations Coordinator (Tucson)

One Arizona is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator to support our team and partners in Tucson, help us ensure the office operations run smoothly at all times, and contribute to our thriving organizational culture. Your primary responsibility will be to support the day-to-day office tasks in close collaboration with the Operations Director, the Field and Data teams, and will report to the Executive Director.
Job Responsibilities:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the following:
Foster and maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable office.
Provide 1st level support to staff with questions/issues in utilizing core applications, equipment, wifi, as well as researching solutions.
Assist with complex scheduling, workload planning, and securing travel arrangements.
Perform Word processing tasks, including note-taking, editing/proofreading documents, internet research, and composing correspondence and presentations for internal staff and network partners.
Organize and execute special trainings, celebrations, and events for the organization and network partners, including booking venues, ordering food and supplies, and managing the run of the show.
Assist with development and fundraising efforts through research and administrative support.
Support Operations Director with tasks including purchasing, processing invoices and check requests, and managing vendors.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff members by posting open positions, screening candidates for predetermined qualities, checking references, and managing the new hire paperwork and intake through our HR contractor.
Support Operations Director with general administrative and operations tasks, including keeping office supplies stocked, building maintenance requests, maintaining office files, managing building keys, updating network contacts, and maintaining general office appearance.
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office programs to include Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, as well as G-Suite and Google Drive.
Resilience and adaptability to change.
Fantastic time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, prioritize workload, and use personal judgment to resolve issues.
A get-it-done attitude, solutions-oriented mindset, and a high level of ownership.
Compensation:
This is an part-time position with a pay range of $18- $22 per hour DOE. We offer a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a cell phone stipend; and flexible scheduling.
Terms of Employment:
Immediately until November 2020, with the possibility of extension.
