ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE – DC
Pivot is seeking Account Executives to join our Client Services team for the 2020 election cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong interest in campaigns and progressive politics, and a commitment to getting results in a fast-paced environment. This position is an opportunity to engage with campaigns and help bring about real progressive victories in 2020. This is a full-time, temporary position through Election Day 2020 with benefits and a competitive salary.
Job Responsibilities
Account Executives are responsible for the following:
- Assisting Sr. Vice President and Partner(s) in coordinating advertising campaigns for agency clients
- First draft of memos and mail plans
- Submission and tracking of edits
- Research projects and memos
- Invoicing and maintaining client matrix
- Day-to-Day management of accounts, responding promptly to client needs and following internal processes at all times
Requirements
- Two years of relevant political campaign experience
- Work long hours, responding to assignments quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- Very detail oriented; editing skills essential

- Ability to meet deadlines and produce error free work
- Strong team player who is able to work with other department staff as well as clients and associated staff
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a particular focus and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
