Caucus Field Director
Overview ISDF is seeking resumes for qualified candidates interested in serving as Field Director on a statewide legislative caucus campaign. This would be a campaign position running through December 2020.
Responsibilities
The Legislative Caucus Field Director will be responsible for overseeing the 2020 field program for targeted Senate races in Illinois. Potential duties include:
Managing all aspects of the caucus field programs; Working with each campaign field director to draft and implement field plans; Hiring, training and managing campaign field staff; Maintaining relationships with all partner organizations and campaigns;.
The ISDF Field Director should expect a demanding work schedule and be available long hours, seven days a week through Election Day. The ISDF Field Director will report to the ISDF Political Director.
Requirements: Qualified candidates must be highly organized, highly motivated, and capable of working through a demanding work environment.
Additionally, candidates must have: At least two campaign cycles of field experience; At least one campaign cycle managing staff; Experience managing some aspect of a GOTV operation; Experience with VAN/VoteBuilder; Extensive experience with Excel; Be willing to relocate to Chicago, IL.
Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
