Call Time Manager needed for consulting firm

Summary: Chicago based political consulting firm is looking to hire a junior to a mid-level staffer to join our firm as a call time manager. This position will be based in the Chicagoland area and most likely start as a part-time job and grow as the cycle continues. The ideal candidate will have worked at least one cycle in finance as a call time manager, deputy finance director, or finance assistant.

 

Required Skills: Must have strong personal communication skills, working knowledge of NGP and/or VAN, Excel, Google Docs, ActBlue must be able to multi-task and juggle multiple clients and projects at once, we also expect you to have a willingness to learn and be a team player.

 

Duties: Your primary job will be to manage call time with a rotating list of clients, you will also be responsible for preparing calls for the clients and conducting post-call time follow-up. When not managing call time you will be expected to work on other projects including research, database maintenance, assisting with events, and other projects assigned to you by the partners.
