Arizona congressional campaign is seeking motivated, creative, talented organizers for our field program. Field Organizers are key to winning re-election for Democrats in this district, and to the statewide efforts to flip Arizona blue in 2020.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to participate in direct voter contact
Coordinate volunteer events including but not limited to virtual phone banks, relational organizing parties, digital house parties, issue-based virtual events, and text banks.
Recruit volunteers and create online communities using social media and digital tools
Engage with local Democratic clubs, committees, community organizations, and local leadership
Execute a successful Get Out the Vote campaign in the Primary and General elections
Qualifications
Exceptionally well-organized and a self starter
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate and communicate with people from many diverse backgrounds
Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Proficient in the use of google suite, social media, texting, and virtual video conferencing
Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast-paced environment, including working from home and without a traditional field office
Access to a vehicle and willingness to relocate when necessary
Commitment to electing Democrats up and down the ballot
COVID-19
Our campaign is dedicated to following the advice of scientific experts. All positions are remote for the time being, with the expectation that relocation will be necessary closer to the general election.
Field Organizers will report to their Regional Field Directors and the Field Director.
