DIGITAL DIRECTOR:
Vote From Home 2020 is organizing a grassroots movement to make it easier to vote-by-mail in 2020. We've identified "dual risk" voters who are the most likely to become infected by and die from COVID-19 and the least likely to request mail-in ballots. Vote From Home 2020 is raising grassroots funds to send mail-in ballot applications to these voters in swing states -- and we need your help.
As part of this effort, we are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to apply for the position of Digital Director.
Responsibilities:
The Digital Director will primarily be responsible for running acquisition ads campaigns to build our grassroots fundraising list, and writing and planning social media content. Additionally, they will assist with the email program -- drafting and setting up 3-4 emails per week to assist with our grassroots fundraising and volunteer recruitment programs.

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for engaging progressives online and creating content to help build a movement that's ensuring voting is accessible despite the threat of COVID-19.
An eye for a good ad, ability to capitalize off the news cycle with social content, and respect for our supporters are the skills we're seeking.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing online ads programs and creating
Tools You Know:
Candidates should be able to handle multiple projects at once and work well under deadline. Evening and weekend work will be expected leading up to important launches and deadlines.
Vote From Home 2020 offers a competitive salary and a benefits package. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.

- Create Facebook and display advertising campaigns to bring new supporters onto the Vote From Home 2020 team.
- Stay tuned into the news cycle and write social media content to bring attention to voting access and vote-by-mail issues.
- Create and edit graphics for social media using our established brand guidelines.
- Engage third party partners for email list rentals.
- Report on the progress of acquisition ad campaigns track with the grassroots fundraising ROI
- Draft email copy for 3-4 emails/week to assist with grassroots fundraising and volunteer recruitment programs;
- Set up emails, ActBlue donate pages, and EveryAction petitions
- Recommend and test new tactics, approaches, and creative strategies to increase brand awareness online and grow our email list
