Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recruit, manage and empower a triple digit volunteer (and volunteer leader) infrastructure
Run and prepare canvasses and phone banks, including printing lists and cutting turf
Hit organizer voter contact and volunteer recruitment goals
Manage and mentor in district and remote interns
Submit nightly reports of voter contact and volunteer recruitment numbers as well as weekly reports
Run an aggressive house party program
Identify events and build a calendar for their county or area
Ensure all data is properly recorded and entered in the VAN
Spearhead an unprecedented GOTV (Get Out the Vote) program
Work with county parties, local campaigns, and local unions to create joint efforts to maximize efficiency
Required Skills and Background:
Kindness and empathy in a high-pressure campaign environment
Exceptionally well organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Disciplined and solutions-oriented approach to all tasks
Commitment to electing Democrats
The ability and willingness to work six days a week and long hours to fight for democratic values
Must have access to a cell phone and vehicle
