Description & Details:
Revolution Field Strategies is seeking a candidate for the role of Deputy Data Director to support an in state canvass program in Florida. The Deputy Data Director will help support the State Data Director, oversee data management tools, and ensure accurate reporting throughout the program.
Job Responsibilities:
Administer field data management tools, such as VAN to support voter contact program
Work with the State Data Director to manage and ensure accurate reporting for the program
Work with Regional Field Directors to address region-specific data needs and provide support
Train staff on voter file data, data management systems and practices, reporting, and other topics as needed.
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience utilizing voter file and volunteer management platforms, such as VAN/VoteBuilder
Experience working alongside a diverse team
Strong coaching skills and abilities
Ability to work a demanding schedule and be available long hours, seven days a week through the length of the program.
Experience working in a fast paced environment with metrics-based goals
Experience with with GSuite / Excel preferred
Training:
Deputy Data Directors will receive extensive training and support from senior leadership.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary will range from $5,000-$6,000/month
