Colorado Voter Activation Regional Director
Basic Summary of the Job Description
This role is part of the Operations Department and will work closely with other across departments, with an independent initiative and judgement, to oversee supply center and operations across a region for the Democratic Party Coordinated Campaign in Colorado.
The Voter Activation Regional will staff and manage a Campaign Voter Activation Center and handle all logistics coordination for their region, ensuring voters across the region have everything they need for a successful GOTV.
This position will pay a salary of $4500 per month with benefits.
Specific Operations Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and maintain all Health & Safety protocols outlined by the campaign
Prepared to implement health screening protocols and continuously monitor local and state guidance regarding the conduct of non-essential businesses in conjunction with the State Operations Director
Maintain a daily inventory report of campaign materials, and personal protective equipment, working with State HQ leadership
Staff the Voter Activation Center personally or coordinate with volunteers to ensure it is in regular operation; coordinate, schedule and confirm materials pick up with volunteers and community leaders, keeping records of all materials out the door, reporting back to State HQ.
Specific Get Out The Vote Duties & Responsibilities
Support a successful GOTV by building and maintaining regional systems, ensuring supplies and processes are set up and functional, Staging Locations are locked and leadership confirmed, and more
Assist RODs where needed with managerial duties, including tracking Organizers' work and holding them accountable
Provide additional capacity for the region, including by working with volunteer leaders, managing zoom rooms or other digital tools, hosting trainings, and making calls or plugging in elsewhere
Support the region to support surrogate or other events where needed, including coordinating with Coalitions and Political as needed.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for productive collaboration across departments
Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills
Proven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressure
Experience managing multiple projects in a high pressure work environment
Self-motivated and self-sufficient
