Revolution Field Strategies is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the role of Regional FIeld Director in Nevada. RFDs will hire, manage, and train a team of canvassers and help manage the day to day operations of a paid field program. The person in this position will be expected to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, and must have access to a laptop and reliable transportation. RFDs will report to the state Project Director.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of the campaign in their region;
Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of all canvassers and/or office staff;
Manage canvassers as they implement the campaign's day to day operation;
Meet and exceed goals for program performance;
Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date data and information to campaign leadership
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong management and communication skills;
Proven experience managing a diverse team, including resolving conflicts and holding team members accountable; strong coaching skills and abilities
Ability to work a demanding schedule and be available long hours, seven days a week through the length of the program.
Experience in managing programs that develop the capacity to meet metrics-based goals on data-driven campaigns preferred
Experience with with G Suite and Votebuilder/VAN preferred
Training:
Regional Canvass Directors will receive extensive training and support from senior leadership.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary will range from $4,500 - $5,000/month
