[GAINPOWER.org: Jobs That Are Left] NYC Comptroller candidate Brad Lander seeks Campaign Manager

New York City Council Member Brad Lander is seeking a Campaign Manager for his run for New York City Comptroller. The position will start as soon as possible and run at least through the June 22, 2020 Democratic Primary in New York City.

Brad is running a bold, progressive campaign with the goal of using the tools of the New York City Comptroller's office to achieve a just and durable recovery from the Covid-19 crisis, make city government work better, and build a more just, equitable, and sustainable city that reflects our shared values (more on Brad here).

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to build and lead our campaign team (of 10 staff plus consultants) that reflects our commitment to organizing, to strategic action to win progressive change, and to anti-racist and feminist values.

The campaign has strong existing expertise in strategic communications, polling, fundraising/finance, and NYC politics, and we have a great and growing team of volunteers and supporters. We are looking for a smart, creative, hard-working team player, with experience leading a campaign at a statewide or large citywide level. We want someone who can lead the team with good energy and management skills, helping people do their best in a fast-paced environment with a generous and collaborative approach.
