The Vice President of Communications will cultivate relationships with new and existing clients and partners, collaborate with the Executive Team of Fireside Campaigns, and continue to build a best in class communications team. Fireside began as a communications consultancy, offering rapid response and crisis communications, and this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to continue that success while also building something new.
In addition to business development and client relationships, the VP will think strategically about the use and role of communications, effectively using resources for the optimal outcomes.
Salary: This position is salaried at $115,000 base pay with potential for bonuses and comes with a package of comprehensive benefits.

As a VP, you will own and help grow a portfolio of client relationships with political campaigns, PACs and/or non-profits, and ensure, in partnership with senior staff on the Digital Strategy team, that the work is executed to a high standard. The position requires an individual who understands that we've entered a new era of political communications in this country and that the tactics we've employed for a generation to influence voters and compel them to action simply aren't working anymore. You are always thinking of innovations and are eager to try new and interesting things with clients. The Senior Digital Strategist will drive digital strategy for our clients and partners, lead a team of non-senior and senior level staff, and aid in content creation for digital campaigns. The position requires an individual who understands that we've entered a new era of political communications in this country and that the tactics we've employed for a generation to influence voters and compel them to action simply aren't working anymore. You are always thinking of innovations and are eager to try new and interesting things with clients. Messaging needs to be written in a way so that target audiences will emotionally connect with it and feel compelled to share those messages with others and be driven to take action. As a team leader, the Digital Strategist will manage a team of junior and senior associates, leading their day to day work, but also supporting their professional growth.
